We are seeking exceptional students from all disciplines and backgrounds but especially those with a demonstrable knowledge and deep interest in social sciences – such as anthropology, psychology, philosophy, sociology, and political science.

This paid position is ongoing, with a minimum requirement of 12 months. Approximate weekly commitment is 20 hours. We hope for our new Student Assistant(s) to start on the 1st of September 2025.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the ReD team you will learn to apply social science theories and methods to help international companies and organizations. You will be working with ReD consultants from all around the world in small and close-knit project teams, and work towards solving real strategic challenges that some of the world’s leading corporations and institutions are facing today.

Your work will typically include conducting cutting-edge research on our client’s customers, immersing yourself in the worlds of different people and communities, developing robust analyses to generate insights, and translating insights into concrete strategic recommendations.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

Currently pursuing a Bachelors’ or a Masters’ Degree
An outstanding academic record, and strong knowledge in the social sciences or humanities
International mindset and language skills (fluency in other languages than English and Danish are a plus)
Previous experience with qualitative and/or quantitative research methods
A strong desire to impact the world of business using tools from the social sciences
Ability to join ReD for a minimum of 12 months
This role will conclude one month following the completion of your studies
